Job Description

• experience of minimum 4 years as building supervisor in building construction works..

• supervision of the on-going civil work and finishing activities.

• check the quality of all material received on site.

• cash purchasing of the material from the market.

• maintain quality of work & control of wastage of material.

• supervising and instructing the construction workers as well as subcontractors

• maintain the cleanliness of site daily report, department labour bill.

• organising the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

• overseeing health and safety matters on site

• any other tasks as directed by the management.

• knowledge on building materials, manufacturing process , sources and procurement

maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
