Site Supervisor

• Experience of minimum 4 years as Building Supervisor in Building Construction works..

• Supervision of the on-going civil work and finishing activities.

• Check the quality of all material received on site.

• Cash purchasing of the material from the market.

• Maintain quality of work & control of wastage of material.

• Supervising and instructing the construction workers as well as subcontractors

• Maintain the cleanliness of site daily report, Department labour bill.

• Organising the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

• Overseeing health and safety matters on site

• Any other tasks as directed by the management.

• Knowledge on building materials, manufacturing process , sources and procurement

Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
