Technical Skills:@ Knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and tools.@ Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural andengineering drawings.@ Familiarity with quality control standards and snagging procedures.4. Soft Skills:@ Strong leadership and communication skills.@ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.@ Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.5.
