Salary- 35,000/- to 60,000/-Experience:Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction of building projects with High Rise Building and Apartment experience.Minimum Qualification cum Experience requirement: 5+ yrs Experience for Diploma, B.E./ B. Tech (in Civil).Key responsibility areas:-Planning and preparing technical drawings and construction layouts.-Reviewing work schedules and delegating work tasks.-Organising construction materials and negotiating vendor contracts.-Conducting preliminary inspections at potential construction sites.-Gathering data and writing site reports and other necessary work documentation.
