Monitor and control project expenses to ensure that costs do not exceed the approved budget.7. Act as the primary point of contact between the construction team and senior management, clients, and external stakeholders.8. Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and any changes or modifications in the scope of work.9. Identify potential risks (safety, financial, or operational) on the site and implement mitigation strategies.10. Ensure the timely completion of all tasks according to the project schedule.11. Conduct final inspections and ensure that all work meets the required specifications before the project handover.12. Manage, motivate, and mentor the workforce on-site.
