The Civil Site Incharge will oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget in Delhi NCR , Delhi , India. This role requires both technical knowledge and effective team management skills to ensure high-quality work.Key Responsibilities:QUANTITY SURVEYING AND COST ESTIMATION SKILLS MANDATORY1. **Project Supervision**: Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. This includes coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to meet project deadlines.2. **Team Leadership**: Lead a team of engineers, laborers, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and support, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.3. **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines. Address any issues promptly to avoid delays.4. **Budget Management**: Monitor project expenses and resources carefully.
