We are looking for a Civil Site Incharge to oversee construction projects in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 7 years of experience in the civil engineering field, holding an advanced or higher diploma. This full-time role requires expertise in managing site activities, and only male candidates will be considered. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervision of Site Activities:** Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and meets quality standards.- **Team Coordination:** Collaborate with various teams, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.- **Project Planning:** Assist in the preparation of project plans and schedules, coordinating the work to ensure deadlines are met.- **Safety Management:** Implement safety protocols and ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations to protect workers and equipment.- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of site progress, daily activities, and any issues that arise, reporting to senior management.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. Problem-solving abilities are essential for addressing site challenges. Proficiency in construction technology and understanding civil engineering principles are crucial. Proven experience in project execution and site management for industrial/commercial infrastructureHands-on experience in quality control and material inspection, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.Strong knowledge of construction management, project scheduling, and resource allocationExpertise in contractor/vendor coordination and workforce managementFamiliarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and statutory complianceAbility to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specsProficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCADStrong leadership and team-handling skillsReporting and documentation skills Daily Progress Reports, material reconciliation, etc.Experience in budget adherence and cost control at the site levelPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical EngineeringPMP or equivalent certification (preferred)

As an Electrical Site Incharge, your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing all electrical activities at the site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure that electrical systems are installed and commissioned properly. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any electrical issues that may arise during construction.Skills required for this role include:1.
