Conduct thorough inspections of flooring installations to guarantee the highest quality standards are met. Address and rectify any discrepancies or issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or queries from clients. Assist in creating as-built drawings and other project-related documentation. Identify and resolve challenges that may arise during the installation process, collaborating with team members to find effective solutions. Establish positive relationships with clients during on-site visits, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth installation process. Seek feedback from clients to continually improve installation processes. Requirements - 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in flooring installation.2. Drawing and Documentation: Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site. Maintain up-to-date records of site activities, approvals, and other relevant documentation. Client Coordination: Interact with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address queries, and ensure client satisfaction. Coordination with Subcontractors: Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of specialized tasks and timely completion of project milestones. Resource Management: Optimize resource utilization, including labor and equipment, to achieve project objectives efficiently. Adherence to Budget: Work closely with the Senior Site Engineer and project management team to control project costs and avoid budget overruns.Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
