Site supervisor have to oversee the construction activities.He has to travel to multiple sites in day and he is responsible for the supervision of contractor and other staff.He has to maintain healthy and safe work environment by enforcing the procedures and standards and complying them with legal regulations.He has to meet the construction budget by providing the capital budget and annual operating information and he also has to monitor the project expenses.He has to fulfill the human resource needs by hiring, training, scheduling and coaching and assigning the work so that the project and the said task gets completed in specified time.He must have excellent organizational and planning skill so that he can prioritize the balance work and look into that it also gets completed in time.He must have good communication skills.He must have strong leadership skills.Any Graduate degree or Diploma or Degree in Civil with 3 to 5 years experience as site supervisor.
