Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage civil engineering projects from design through completion, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Develop and review project plans, designs, and specifications.Manage and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and safety standards.Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and resolve issues.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure project goals are met.Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and reports.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Proven experience in construction project management.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
