Responsibilities:Supervise Production Team (Shahada Workforce): Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production operators within the assigned area or shift in the Shahada plant. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.Monitor Production Processes: Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify and address any deviations or issues promptly.Ensure Quality Standards: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, conduct regular checks, and ensure compliance with quality control procedures. Report any quality issues and participate in implementing corrective actions.Maintain Safety Standards: Enforce all safety regulations and procedures within the production area, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members in the Shahada facility. Conduct safety briefings and address any potential hazards.Meet Production Targets: Monitor production output and efficiency against targets. Implement strategies to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Report progress and any challenges to the Production Manager.Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, within the assigned area or shift to optimize production flow.Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production-related issues and equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate personnel.Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new and existing production operators, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.Communication and Coordination (Local Emphasis): Communicate clearly and effectively with production team members, other supervisors, and support departments (maintenance, quality, etc.) in Marathi and Hindi.
