Issue monthly loading plan - Assembly, Coating shop, Machine shop, Fabrication shop. Assembly & fabrication team work in under my supervision.3) ECN release by D&D and after implement the enter face plan.4) Monitoring & controlling the workers overtime as per monthly plan.5) Control the machine assembly rework and up date the BOM in ERP.6) Draw the team KPI according to company target & goal.
