Hiring Shift Incharge For Kolkata

Supervise daily warehouse operations during the assigned shift.

Manage inbound, unloading, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

Allocate duties to warehouse staff and monitor their productivity.

Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock/cycle counts.

Ensure proper SKU identification, labelling, storage, and bin management.

Monitor stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, and losses.

Update inventory transactions in WMS/ERP/Excel.

Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

Prepare daily shift reports and proper shift handover reports.

Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager, logistics, dispatch, and other departments.

Ensure employees follow SOPs, safety procedures, and workplace discipline.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and 5S standards.

Identify operational issues and take corrective action to avoid delays.

Train and guide new warehouse employees.
