We are hiring a Resident Engineer (L2 - Backup Solution) for F1 InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. at Lodhi Road, Delhi. We are looking for an experienced IT professional with 5+ years of experience in enterprise backup infrastructure, server administration, and storage management. The candidate will be responsible for providing Level-2 onsite support, monitoring backup jobs, performing backup and restore operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing storage capacity, and ensuring high availability of backup infrastructure. The role also involves incident management, change management, vendor/OEM coordination, documentation, reporting, and participation in disaster recovery activities. Candidates should have hands-on experience with enterprise backup solutions, Windows Server, Active Directory, and storage systems. B.E./B.Tech./MCA with OEM backup solution certification is preferred. This is a full-time onsite role, 6 days working (9:00 AM-6:00 PM), offering a salary of 5-6 LPA along with PF, ESI, health insurance, and career growth opportunities. SNMP, HOTSPARE etc. Having knowledge of Installation and Troubleshooting on, HP, Dell, Intel, all types of servers, Installation and troubleshooting of Windows. Having Knowledge on all types of Servers, Storage Installation and Troubleshooting, Server Backup (all types) Problem solving capability in Server Hardware, including troubleshooting server-based issues with root cause analysis Familiar with high availability servers Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Storage, Backup devices/systems. Experience in installing, supporting and maintaining server and storage hardware. A general understanding of Networking & SAN technologies.
