FulltimeDesignation: Server Support Engineer Salary As Per Candidate (Company Budget 20k to 30k) Experience 2 to 7 yearsEducation B.E./Diploma with E.C. or I.T. Job Timing 9:30 AM To 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Job Role: Configuring and managing servers of different operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, including installing. Fixing issues, and upgrading while implementing enhancements to them to improve Manage performance and reliability Should have Knowledge on multiple Hardware platform Experience in support of Lenovo Server / Dell Servers/ HP Servers / Storage Must have configured ilo, DRack, DELL iDRack & other Remote monitoring tools. Must have knowledge of related concepts like RAID. SNMP, HOTSPARE etc. Having knowledge of Installation and Troubleshooting on, HP, Dell, Intel, all types of servers, Installation and troubleshooting of Windows. Having Knowledge on all types of Servers, Storage Installation and Troubleshooting, Server Backup (all types) Problem solving capability in Server Hardware, including troubleshooting server-based issues with root cause analysis Familiar with high availability servers Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Storage, Backup devices/systems. Experience in installing, supporting and maintaining server and storage hardware. A general understanding of Networking & SAN technologies.

1. Work on administration of Windows Server assessments and backup monitoring2. Execute maintenance items out of hours (patching)3. Work on out-of-hours server reboots & checks4. Use the best practice customer environment assessment5. Schedule server assessments and review of Event Log (for MS like CS)6. Work on print server management7. Handle user and access management (password, user management, folder access, group policies, drive mapping, mailbox management, the delegation of rights)8. Handle endpoint antivirus management and updates9. Work on on-premises backup alert management and monitoring10. Handle change management11. Prepare and provide reports
