Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Safety Products division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically in the field of industrial products. The Sales Executive will establish and nurture client relationships, identify business opportunities, and meet sales targets.Key Activities & Responsibilities: Identify prospect potential clients in industries requiring industrial safety products, such as manufacturing, construction, energy, and more Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions based on our product offerings Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use this information to develop effective sales strategies Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting our safety products' features, benefits, and value proposition Understand client requirements and customize product offerings to meet their specific needs, providing quotations and proposals as necessary Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fieldExperience: Proven working experience of at least 2 years as an accountant Proven track record of 2 to 4 years in sales, preferably in the field of industrial safety productsRequired Skills and Capabilities: Strong knowledge of industrial products, Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events Understanding industry regulations and safety standards is a plus
