Key responsibilities:1. Manage Airline Operations: The airline supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all airline operations, including air charter operation, air ticketing, aircraft maintenance, and ground handling activities.2. Ensure Customer Service: The supervisor must ensure excellent customer service by addressing passenger concerns, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.3. Ensure Aviation Security: It is essential for the supervisor to maintain and enforce aviation security protocols to ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew, and aircraft.4. Supervise Staff: The supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising a team of ground staff, cabin crew, air hostesses, and other airline personnel to ensure smooth operations.5.
