* Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.*Trainer must have thorough knowledge of the concepts Proper teaching aid and effective real life example should be given by teaching the topic.* Trainer must follow interactive methodology as much as possible.* Travelling on site for trainings, creating reports , making monitoring and evaluation reports.* Requirements: Strong organizational, communications, PR and interpersonal skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
