development by recording factors such as germination, root and shoot development, flowering, fruiting, biomass, growth rate, and responses to environmental conditions.Assist with plant tissue culture and propagation activities, including preparation of culture media, sterilization of materials, handling of plant tissues, and monitoring cultures where applicable.Conduct basic microscopic B.Sc. or M.Sc. Botany professional should have strong knowledge of plant biology, taxonomy, morphology, anatomy, physiology, ecology, genetics, microbiology, biodiversity, and environmental science. Practical laboratory skills, observation ability, research aptitude, data-recording skills, basic statistical understanding, report-writing ability, and good communication skills are valuable for the role. The individual should be patient and detail-oriented, particularly when working with plant specimens, laboratory experiments, field observations, and research data.
