* Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.*Trainer must have thorough knowledge of the concepts Proper teaching aid and effective real life example should be given by teaching the topic.* Trainer must follow interactive methodology as much as possible.* Travelling on site for trainings, creating reports , making monitoring and evaluation reports.* Requirements: Strong organizational, communications, PR and interpersonal skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to visualize and present content in a very engaging manner which is student-friendly.* Diverse thought process and strong interlinkage of concepts across the subjects. Great problem solver and storyteller, first principles thinking, and amazing team player.* Candidates with School Teaching Experience. Must have a BSe/ B.Ed./B.E.* Science and must have worked as a full-time teacher in a top-tier institution for at least 1 year or freshers are welcome.
