Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories. Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines. Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions. Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews. Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods. Coordinating with internal team to get or share required solutions to resolve issues in on time and to keep updated informations with team. Other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.

Leading a team of EngineersProvide exclusive support in designing and executing different Projects in Industrial automation and Building Management systemsOrganizing technical training programs for corporate and individuals,Automation Projects design/ support engineersResearch, design, and development of Different Projects and MaterialsKnowledge in automation Tools like - PLC, SCADA, HMI,&VFD Design and programmingParticipate in design reviews.Prepare and maintain detailed layouts of equipment, electrical drawings, and other documentationTraining and project support in industrial automation sectors,Involving and Executing different training programs organized by the company

1. Training on Industrial Automation.2. Basics of computer and MS office components.3. Basics of PLC /HMI/SCADA software and types of programming language.4. Basics of Instrumentation (Temperature sensor, Transmitter, Flowmeter, Conductivity etc.)5. Basics of Drives, Motor working.6. Good Communication skill.
