Train operators, helpers, and contractors on SOPs and emergency response. Promote a Safety culture across shifts. Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions. Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions. Maintain records for audits and compliance inspections. Monitor handling of hazardous chemicals (methanol, solvents, acids). Ensure safe startup/shutdown procedures. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during critical operations. Maintain safety logs, permits-to-work, and compliance checklists.
