Executive Assistant to CEOThe CEO is looking for an executive assistant to provide help & support to ensure the smooth management of his day-to-day affairs, and the most effective use of his time. The job requires you to be an extremely organized and self-initiated individual, capable of handling sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner.Roles & Responsibilities Assist the CEO in the timely management of communications, including written, telephone, and email. Maintain a list of tasks the CEO assigns to various stakeholders, follow up to ensure timelines are met, and raise flags in case of any delay. Handle projects, which include conducting research and providing required information. Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, and proposals and ensure follow-up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies. Assist in the management and organization of the CEOs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities. Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements. Spend time and become familiar with all aspects of business and residence. Coordinate the hosting of meetings, luncheons, and in-house events. Perform a variety of office and personal errands.
