Should be B.Sc. in Chemistry with minimum 3 plus years experience in Research & Development (R&D) or Quality Control in Agriculture industry . Would be responsible for : - Research and Development of Agro-chemical surfactants development.Testing of Chemicals in agriculture industry.Testing of Surfactants / Chemicals in agriculture Formulation and development of agrochemical surfactant products, optimizing their properties Assist the quality control department in evaluating product quality and ensuring compliance with specifications.Address quality-related issues and participate in root cause analysis.Ensure that all R&D activities adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards.Support regulatory submissions and documentation when necessary.Work closely with fellow R&D team members, including chemists, scientists, and technicians.Manage laboratory supplies and chemicals, ensuring an adequate stock for research activitiesKeep detailed records of experiments, procedures, and observations in laboratory notebooks.

As a Research & Development Chemist, you will play a critical role in creating and improving products within a dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include the following:- **Conduct Research**: Perform experiments to discover new chemical formulations and improve existing products, ensuring they meet the necessary specifications and industry standards.- **Develop Formulations**: Create and test various chemical formulations, documenting the processes and outcomes to establish accurate processes for production.- **Analyze Data**: Collect and analyze data from experiments to identify patterns and make informed decisions about product development.- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with other chemists, engineers, and product managers to share ideas and insights, enhance product design, and streamline development processes.- **Maintain Lab Equipment**: Ensure that laboratory equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated to guarantee accurate experimental results.- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all products comply with safety and environmental standards.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or Science and possess 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for evaluating experiments and making improvements. You should have a good understanding of organic chemistry and laboratory techniques. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and presenting findings. A proactive approach to problem-solving will help you succeed in this dynamic environment.
