Responsibilities

Run Experiments: Conduct daily laboratory experiments and chemical reactions under the guidance of the R&D Head.

Product Development: Work on synthesizing new drug compounds and organic molecules.

Purification: Purify chemical compounds using methods like crystallization and distillation.

Lab Testing: Prepare samples and assist in analyzing them using testing instruments (like HPLC or TLC).

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all experimental data and observations in lab notebooks.
