Looking For Research & Development Chemist

As a Research & Development Chemist, you will play a critical role in creating and improving products within a dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include the following:

- **Conduct Research**: Perform experiments to discover new chemical formulations and improve existing products, ensuring they meet the necessary specifications and industry standards.

- **Develop Formulations**: Create and test various chemical formulations, documenting the processes and outcomes to establish accurate processes for production.

- **Analyze Data**: Collect and analyze data from experiments to identify patterns and make informed decisions about product development.

- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with other chemists, engineers, and product managers to share ideas and insights, enhance product design, and streamline development processes.

- **Maintain Lab Equipment**: Ensure that laboratory equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated to guarantee accurate experimental results.

- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all products comply with safety and environmental standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science and possess 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for evaluating experiments and making improvements. You should have a good understanding of organic chemistry and laboratory techniques. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and presenting findings. A proactive approach to problem-solving will help you succeed in this dynamic environment.
