The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base in the HVAC segment.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and technical consultations.Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to specify and promote HVAC solutions.Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and product specifications tailored to client requirements.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify potential growth areas.Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Service, Procurement) to ensure smooth execution of projects.Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management.Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).812 years of proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the Hyderabad or South India market.In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, technologies, and applications.Strong existing network with consultants, developers, and contractors in the HVAC industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and convert leads into profitable business.

Design stable, reliable and effective databases Optimize and maintain legacy systems Modify databases according to requests and perform tests Solve database usage issues and malfunctions Liaise with developers to improve applications and establish best practices Gather user requirements and identify new features Develop technical and training manuals Ensure all database programs meet company and performance requirements Hands on in writing complex queries, triggers, functions, packages, and procedures. Query optimization, Indexing and profiling in SQL Serve Strong SQL and MySQL expertise must be able to write a complex & dynamic query. Good understanding on DB (MYSQL) Function, Procedure, trigger, Event, Query Optimization, DB Performance tuning, DB Performance monitoring Expert in Database (My SQL)

Define and design Universe, Web Intelligence Reports and Dashboards. Develop, support and improve existing Universe, Reports and Dashboards. Create advanced and complex reports using Web Intelligence/Webi Experience with Business Objects 4.1 & higher Integrating data from more than one source Work with Business users to test and troubleshoot report issues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
