Key Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems, including split systems, packaged units, central air systems, and ductless mini-splits.Conduct thorough inspections of AC units to diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements of components.Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical connections, to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex AC problems and implement effective solutions.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while handling electrical systems, refrigerants, and hazardous materials.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their AC needs, explain repair options, and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements.Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts inventory.Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in air conditioning systems.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction with the quality of work performed.

Position Instrumentation Engineer Trainee Educational Qualification: B.tech in Instrumentation Engineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with not less than 50% marks. Diploma (Preferred)Job description Exposure to various field types of equipment like all types of flow meters, valves, level transmitters, load cell systems, networking and communication, panel wiring, troubleshooting with the help of drawings & instrument manuals, etc. Good exposure in Maintenance and Repair of instruments based on PLC & SCADA system, SQL, and network communication. Sound Knowledge of various sensors used for temperature, pressure, position control, read switches, photosensor, etc. Experience in load cell, pressure transmitter - Calibration, replacement, and troubleshooting, etc. Sound Knowledge of I/O Control Wiring and Circuit and drawing reading. Should have exposure in project Erection, Commissioning, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, etc related Instrumentation activities. Should have experience in ASRS PLC programming, VFD configuration, validation of systems, servo drive, AC-DC drives of different make, PM, BM activities in machines, SOV, TT, PT, LS, troubleshooting of all instruments as mentioned, etc. Electrical Utility maintenance is preferable for candidates. Sound knowledge of Budget preparation, inventory management, manpower management, SOP documentation, Audit, and Liaison with Govt.
