Site Engineer (1-3 Years)

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team in Shirur, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field.

As a Site Engineer, you will oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and laborers to implement design plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities include:

- **Project Oversight:** Monitor daily operations on-site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design and regulations, addressing any issues promptly.

- **Communication:** Liaise with all project stakeholders, including project managers and subcontractors, to provide updates on progress and any potential challenges.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of site activities, including reporting daily progress, documenting changes, and maintaining safety logs.

Required skills and expectations include:
