The Candidate should be willing to be involve in non-conventional working hours/weekendsand frequent long travels. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development:Identify and engage potential clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and real estate developers. Present and promote architectural solutions, products, and services to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. 2. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions. Ensure excellent customer service and follow-ups for client satisfaction. 3. Market Research & Strategy:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for market expansion. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the companys offerings. 4. Product Knowledge & Training:Maintain in-depth knowledge of architectural materials, design trends, and construction techniques.
