Job Summary:The HVAC Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems at construction sites. The role involves ensuring that HVAC systems are designed, installed, and commissioned according to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision:o Oversee the day-to-day activities of HVAC installations at the construction site.o Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the project plans, timelines, and budget.o Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and other team members on site.o Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.System Installation & Commissioning:o Supervise the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, insulation, air handling units, chillers, and other equipment.o Coordinate the commissioning of HVAC systems and verify that the system is functioning as designed.o Perform functional testing and troubleshoot issues during installation or commissioning phases.Quality Control & Safety:o Ensure that all HVAC installations comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.o Monitor site activities to ensure safety measures are followed, and a safe working environment is maintained.o Maintain quality standards for all HVAC equipment and systems.Coordination & Communication:o Communicate regularly with project managers, senior engineers, and other stakeholders about the progress of the HVAC installation.o Coordinate with other departments (electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of systems.o Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and tools necessary for HVAC installation.Documentation & Reporting:o Maintain accurate records of site activities, including installation progress, inspections, and any deviations from the design.o Prepare and submit reports on HVAC

Job Description:1) Closely communicate with the Inspection Coordinators to schedule the inspection assigned.2) Implement inspection according to operation guidelines, inspection guidelines, and any special instructions provided by the company.3) Complete the inspection report with photos and submit it to Technical Manager within the required time limit.4) Submit the inspectors job expense claim form and reimbursement documents monthly and meet financial requirements.5) Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/management.Requirements:- College graduate or above.- Major in Engineering (Textile, Furniture, Mechanical, Electronic, etc.)- Having more than 1 year more working experience in the inspection field or quality control background of products of Softlinesor Hardlines.- Familiar with the AQL standard and good knowledge of safety and regulation standards.- Good command of written & oral English.- Ideal person is a well-organized team player, able to solve on-site problems independently, and with good interpersonal skills.- Integrity and honesty.- Willing to travel frequently.- Healthy body without color blindness and sight weakness.Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 36 months
