We are looking for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Boisar West. This is a full-time position, requiring candidates with 1 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance and control.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Quality Inspections: Carry out regular inspections of products and processes to ensure they meet defined quality standards and specifications.- Develop Test Plans: Create comprehensive test plans and procedures that outline the methods for testing products and processes for quality compliance.- Analyze Quality Data: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that corrective actions are taken when needed.- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production and engineering teams to implement quality control measures and address any quality-related issues effectively.- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspections, and results, ensuring all documentation is updated and compliant with industry standards.- Training and Guidance: Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality control processes and tools. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for identifying defects and ensuring compliance. Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaborating with team members and documenting findings. Perform quality control and quality assurance activities for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC).* Conduct fresh concrete tests such as Slump Test, Temperature Check, Sampling, and Cube Casting.* Monitor compressive strength test results (7-day & 28-day).* Ensure proper batching and production as per approved mix designs.* Inspect and test raw materials including Cement, Sand, Aggregates, Water, and Admixtures.* Maintain QC reports, laboratory records, and test documentation.* Coordinate with the production and site teams to resolve quality-related issues.* Ensure compliance with relevant IS standards and company quality procedures

Quality Control & Inspection :- i) Inspect raw materials, in-process fabrication, and finished products as per approved drawings, WPS, ITP, and quality plans.ii) Monitor cutting, fit-up, welding, drilling, machining, and finishing activities.iii) Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications. Conduct visual inspection and coordinate NDT activities (UT, RT, MT, PT) where applicable. 2. Welding & Fabrication Quality:- i) Ensure compliance with approved WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications.ii) Verify welding parameters, consumables, pre-heat and post-weld heat treatment (if applicable). iii)Maintain welding records and traceability.3. Non-Conformance & Corrective Action:- i);Identify non-conformities during fabrication and inspection.ii) Raise NCRs and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.iii) Follow up on closure and effectiveness of corrective actions. 5. Standards & Compliance:- i) Ensure adherence to relevant standards such asIS, ASTM, AWS, ASME, ISO, EN (as applicable) Support ISO 9001 quality management system implementation and audits. Participate in internal and external quality audits.6. Client & Third-Party Coordination:-i) Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies.ii) Attend client inspections and resolve quality-related queries. 7.
