Walk-In Interview For Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Boisar West. This is a full-time position, requiring candidates with 1 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance and control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Quality Inspections: Carry out regular inspections of products and processes to ensure they meet defined quality standards and specifications.

- Develop Test Plans: Create comprehensive test plans and procedures that outline the methods for testing products and processes for quality compliance.

- Analyze Quality Data: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that corrective actions are taken when needed.

- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production and engineering teams to implement quality control measures and address any quality-related issues effectively.

- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspections, and results, ensuring all documentation is updated and compliant with industry standards.

- Training and Guidance: Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality control processes and tools. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for identifying defects and ensuring compliance. Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaborating with team members and documenting findings.
