Quality & Technical OversightQuality Assurance: Ensure all products meet the companys quality standards and ISO certifications. Work closely with the QA/QC team to resolve any non-conformance issues.Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the Maintenance department for preventive maintenance of machinery to minimize unplanned downtime.Troubleshooting: Provide technical guidance to the team when mechanical or electrical issues arise on the shop floor. Safety & ComplianceHSE Leadership: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols. Lead regular safety audits and ensure 100% usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Incident Reporting: Lead investigations into workplace accidents or near-misses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
