Key ResponsibilitiesProduction OperationsSupervise day-to-day production activities and ensure production schedules are met.Monitor production processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.Allocate manpower, machinery, and resources effectively.Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines.Minimize downtime and address operational issues promptly.Team ManagementLead, guide, and motivate production workers and operators.Conduct shift briefings and assign daily tasks.Monitor employee performance, attendance, and discipline.Identify training needs and support skill development initiatives.Quality & ComplianceEnsure products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to address quality concerns.Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Promote workplace safety and investigate incidents when required.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily production reports and maintain production records.Track production output, wastage, and machine performance.Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding equipment breakdowns and preventive maintenance.Provide regular updates to management on production performance.

Quality Supervisor - The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the quality assurance department and ensuring the highest standard of quality are met in all aspects of the production process.Production Supervisor - The Production supervisor will be responsible for leading, planing, organising and detecting all daily activities for mainly the shredding and maintain the production schedule.
