Key Responsibilities

⚙️ Production Planning & Execution

Target Achievement: Monitor daily production outputs against the master schedule. Adjust workflows and resources to ensure 100% adherence to timelines.

Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the production line and implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Shift Management: Oversee shift transitions, ensuring seamless handovers and proper allocation of manpower across various production cells.

ERP Management: Utilize systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics to track material consumption, labor hours, and production completion.

🛠️ Quality & Technical Oversight

Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards and ISO certifications. Work closely with the QA/QC team to resolve any non-conformance issues.

Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with the Maintenance department for preventive maintenance of machinery to minimize unplanned downtime.

Troubleshooting: Provide technical guidance to the team when mechanical or electrical issues arise on the shop floor.

🛡️ Safety & Compliance

HSE Leadership: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols. Lead regular safety audits and ensure 100% usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Incident Reporting: Lead investigations into workplace accidents or near-misses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

👥 Leadership & Development

Team Mentoring: Train and mentor junior supervisors and operators to improve their technical skills and professional growth.

Performance Reviews: Conduct regular appraisals, manage attendance, and handle conflict resolution within the team.
