Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead our quality team and ensure adherence to the highest manufacturing standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of CNC/VMC operations, machining processes, and quality systems, along with leadership skills to drive continuous improvement and production excellence.Key Responsibilities: Lead the Quality Control team and ensure all processes meet customer and organizational standards. Supervise and inspect CNC, VMC machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance. Oversee and monitor surface treatment processes Blackening, Plating, Hardening, etc. Ensure production runs smoothly with timely inspections and preventive measures. Maintain in-depth knowledge of raw materials and grades relevant to production. Implement and manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and 7QC Tools for process improvements. Focus on COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) reduction and implement effective quality initiatives. Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring instruments and inspection tools. Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to ensure quality standards at every stage. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.Skills & Competencies Required: Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC machining operations and quality parameters. Understanding of heat treatment, plating, and finishing processes. In-depth knowledge of raw materials, grades, and metallurgical behavior. Proficiency in measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc.). Experience with CAPA, 7QC Tools, and ISO documentation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability. Ability to ensure timely action as per customer specifications and delivery needs.

The Quality Check Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and complianceof all verification reports sent to the client. This includes background verifications such as Residenceverification, office verification, employment checks, education verification, ITR, Form 16, Salarychecks, Banking, criminal record verification and others. The role requires strong attention to detail,process improvement skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end quality check process for all verification reports before / aftersending to clients. Review verification data and ensure compliance with company process note and client-specific SLAs. Develop, implement, and monitor QA procedures and policies. Identify errors, discrepancies, or gaps in verification reports and ensure timely correction. Coordinate with Bank Office Executives, Team leaders, and Operations Manager to resolvequality issues. Train and mentor Back Office staff and ensure continuous process improvements. Maintain documentation of errors and provide regular reports to management on qualitytrends. Conduct internal audits to evaluate adherence to processes and compliance requirements.Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in any stream 2 - 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in background verification or relatedindustry. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferably from BFSI Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with verification software.

Responsibilities: He would have to ensure timely and preventive in-house inspection, Timely inspection by TPIs, maintain Inspection data sheets for inhouse use, submission of documents to TPIs and Customers, maintaining clear and transparent communication with the customers and TPIs, create SOPs to deliver zero-defect products, Ensure Zero rejection & Zero rework by preventive inspection, All production parameters within the tolerances decided by the company, keeping track of certification and calibration expiry and their timely renewal, No delay or reminders / corrections in the documents leading to delay in payment, Traceability of all the input material and workman, Maintains inspection reports and records Jobwise and date-wise. Additional Requirement: The added experience in creation and maintenance of networking with Third Party Inspector fraternity. maintain good harmony with the staff and co-workers and keep them motivated, maintain good interpersonal relations with other departments, keeping yourself and your staff upto date of any technological updation or advancements.
