Job Description: Develop and implement purchasing strategies and policies, for hardware components likeComputers, CCTVs, Printers, Ups, Biometric devices Cables, etc and Software componentslike Microsoft, Amazon web service (AWS), BI tools, Anti-virus, etc. Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products, prices, and services to ensure theymeet the company's quality standards and budget Maintain and manage inventory needs. Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and ensure the best possible terms andconditions. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that the company has a reliableand consistent supply chain. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts and inventory levels and prepare reportsfor senior management as needed.Qualifications: Any Bachelor Degree. 3-5 years of experience in Purchase management.Technical Skills: Experience in procuring hardware components from market leaders like, Dell, HP, Acer, etc. Experience in procuring software components from market leaders like Microsoft, Amazon,BI tools, Anti-virus, etc. Ability to identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage the purchasingprocess from start to finish.
