Job Description:-Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe site engineer's responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, and completing quality assurance.Exp. :- Maintenance / Execution in Residential / Commercial / Multi-storey Buildings.

The Site Incharge / Project Head will be responsible for leading the overall execution of the commercial shopping complex project at the NSP site, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety and statutory requirements. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of civil works, and proven experience in managing high-value commercial projects end-to-end.PositionSite Incharge / Project Head NSP Commercial Shopping Complex (Civil Works)LocationNSP Site New DelhiReporting ToDirector Projects / General Manager OperationsKey Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day execution of civil works including excavation, foundations, RCC structure, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and site development. Ensure timely completion of project milestones as per approved baseline schedules and work programs. Coordinate with consultants, client representatives, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth flow of work and issue resolution. Monitor site productivity, manpower planning, and resource utilization to maintain efficiency and control costs. Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of construction drawings, technical specifications, and quality procedures. Review and approve subcontractor bills, material indenting, and daily progress reports (DPR). Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and legal compliance on site. Conduct daily coordination meetings and periodic reviews with internal teams and stakeholders. Manage procurement follow-ups, material reconciliation, and contractor billing in coordination with planning and billing teams. Maintain proper documentation and site records including hindrance logs, inspection reports, and approvals. Implement quality assurance systems and ensure zero-defect handover readiness. Facilitate timely client inspections, third-party audits, and certification processes.Desired Candidate Profile B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2025 years of experience in execution of commercial or institutional projects with at least 5 years as independent site head. Excellent project management, leadership, and client coordination skills. Strong knowledge of RCC, structural detailing, finishing works, and external development. Proficient in reading GFC drawings, BOQs, and construction scheduling tools (MSP/Primavera). Sound understanding of safety, quality, and statutory compliance at site level. ERP exposure (Farvision / SAP) and good working knowledge of MS Office is desirable.RemunerationAs per company norms and candidate experience.
