Business Analysis:

Participate in various cross-functional team meetings.

Understand product requirements and create documentation.

Iterate and ensure all approved requirements are part of the product backlog.

Planning Product Development :

Create sprints from a backlog of requirements.

Define the scope of each feature included in a sprint.

Create WBS and plan each activity of a sprint.

Determine effort required for each feature.

Prepare a schedule for the entire sprint.

Proactive Management and Control of Development :

Keep a close track of each activity and task item.

Prepare regular communication and status reports to be shared with stakeholders.

Identify risk areas and take corrective actions to mitigate them.

Operations Management :

Participate in regular meetings with tsales team.

Plan onboarding of new clients.

Ensure all activities related to client onboarding are adhered to in a strict time-bound manner.

Oversee checkpoints in the process to ensure % accuracy in getting client data migrated.

Azure Infrastructure Management :

Overall responsibility fo Azure infrastructure and services.

Ensure that CloudOps team works strictly by set processes.

Set up and periodically review Azure alerts and monitoring tools.

Review monthly costs and ensure cost-efficient operation.

Interact with partners/vendors for various outsourced services like Azure support, security, etc.

Required Skills And Qualifications :

It's preferred if you started as a programmer and are now in management

Good experience managing software projects.

Sound understanding of agile development methodologies.

Excellent academic record.

Engineering from an institute of repute.

PMP certification will be preferred.

Desired Skills :

Exposure to Team Foundation Server as project planning and controlling solution

Experience with managing multi-tenant hosted applications will be a distinct plus

Overall minimum 8 years with leading technology companies with at least 3 years
