When parents come to the clinic first time, prepare medical record with all the demographical information and at least two contact details and the postal address for effective follow up.5. Keeping good and up to date record of clinic materials, FAB, etc. in stock. 6. Ensuring children file in the clinic are updated and Pirani scoring is regularly done by the doctors.7. Maintain and update counsellors diary on every clinic day for tracking every childs treatment progress.8. On subsequent visits, check the childs feet and spend time with the parents asking if they face any problem with the plaster or brace.9. Provide special counselling to parents having children with other problems besides clubfoot and different kind of disability.10. Help parents understand how to handle casts and teach parents to open casts in the clinic.

Counseling parents into in-depth understanding of the complete details of treatment and provide emotional/moral support.2. Act as mediator between Doctor and parents for smoothening the treatment procedure.3. Furnish accurate records of the children to the Doctors when required by them and vice versa.4. Plan awareness, parent support group meetings and resource mobilization on regular basis. Supplies:1. Ensure all clinic sites are kept in good supply of braces, soft roll and plaster.2. Maintain a supplies inventory enabling active supplies monitoring of supplies use by clinics according to patient numbers to ensure it is appropriate. Financial:1. Manage reimbursement to coordinators for expenditures incurred by them.2. Regularly track expenditure to ensure that it does not exceed the approved budget.3. Submit monthly expenditure reports to the finance manager as per the prescribed format.4. Submit quarterly expenditure reports at the end of every quarter and subsequently request fund for the next quarter.5. Other duties as required.
