kd industries is a automobile paint shop. we have liquid paint facility for both hr and non hr paint. there is powder coating facility also avaiable at kd industries. dip and spray type of pre treatment facility is also avaiable with us. shot blasting facility is also present in our permesis. we need a skilled and experienced person of painting line who has knowldge of all paitngin processes and is capable of managing all the production related issues.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process and ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for leading a team and maintaining high standards of production quality.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervise Production Activities:** Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets and quality standards are met. This includes monitoring workstations and ensuring proper workflow.- **Team Management:** Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals. Regularly communicate with team members to encourage collaboration.- **Quality Control:** Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and standards. This involves inspecting products at various stages of production and addressing issues promptly.- **Training and Development:** Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols. Enhance team skills through ongoing training opportunities.- **Inventory Management:** Monitor material usage and inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure timely production. Collaborate with the supply chain team to maintain adequate stock levels.- **Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare production reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of production activities and incidents.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E) and possess 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in a production environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to solve problems quickly. You must be organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in all production activities. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement techniques is highly desirable.
