As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Supervise the daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficient output. This involves coordinating tasks among team members and addressing any operational issues that arise.- Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure that products meet quality standards. You will need to identify defects and implement corrective actions quickly.- Train and Guide Staff: Provide training to new employees and ongoing support to existing staff. This includes instructing them on safety practices and proper machine operation.- Maintain Production Records: Keep detailed records of production metrics, inventory levels, and machine maintenance schedules. This documentation is essential for analyzing performance and improving processes.- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other teams, such as maintenance and supply chain, to ensure resources and support are available for successful production.To be successful in this role, you should have a background in industrial training (I.T.I.) and a willingness to learn.
