We are looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations in Khalapur, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in production and hold a graduate degree. In this role, your key responsibilities will include managing daily production activities, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards. You will organize and oversee work schedules, allocate tasks to team members, and monitor their performance. Effective communication with team members and collaboration with other departments will be essential for smooth operations.You will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards in the workplace and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Conducting regular inspections to ensure machinery and equipment are in good working order will be a crucial part of your role.To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You should be able to motivate your team and resolve conflicts effectively. A solid understanding of production processes and quality control measures is necessary. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Deliverables):1. Authenticating & collecting Daily production reports.2. Follow-up of prod. Dept. Emails/phone calls.3. Managing & deputing activities in case of Leaves of any supervisors.4. Keeping accountability of all deputed activities to responsible persons on shop floor.5. Keep coordination with sales for Local orders samples.6. Managing Manpower utilization.7 Managing Online samples to Qc/parties as and when required. 8 Activities as and when Required by Management.9 Keeping Vigilance/record on each material movement in plant.10. Conducting Trainings as per calendar.11. Checking and authenticating of stocks entries on system.12. Entering Production data in system as per Guidelines.13. Adherence to the standards as per management guidelines.14. Data feeding in system as per production reports.
