As a Mechanical Engineer at TATA STEEL in Bangalore, India, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and equipment. 1. Production scheduling / setting daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicating them to employees.2. Lead and supervise the production department and team.3. Create and maintain production log books.4. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.5. Check production output according to specifications.6. Submit reports on performance and progress.7. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.8. Train new employees on how to safely use machineries and follow procedures.9.
