Key Responsibilities:1. Process Optimization:- Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.- Implement lean manufacturing principles and techniques.2. Equipment Maintenance and Improvement:- Ensure proper maintenance and repair of production equipment.- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and improvements.3. Quality Control:- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality.- Collaborate with the quality team to resolve quality issues.4. Production Planning and Scheduling:- Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demand.- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth production operations.5. Cost Reduction and Budgeting:- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.- Develop and manage budgets for production-related expenses.6. Safety and Compliance:- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.Requirements:1. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.2. Experience:- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production engineering role.- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the [industry] sector.3.
