Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods.Collaborate with management to understand objectives and requirements.Regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for production.Divide responsibilities and tasks across the team to make production more efficient.Resolve any problem that occurs.Evaluate performances and constantly improvise practicesConduct regular inspections of machinery, workers and the units.Overseeing that the inventory is maintained of all the equipment and resources and ensure that they are stocked.Ensure the law, health and safety protocol are upheld.Approve regular maintenance work.Sanction purchasing of equipment.Uphold the policies and standards of the company.

Key Responsibilities:Production Planning:1. Develop and implement production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability.2. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure optimal utilization of production capacity.3. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.4. Address production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.Supply Chain Management:1. Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.2. Source and maintain relationships with suppliers for raw materials and packaging.3. Optimize inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.4. Oversee the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.Demand and Inventory Management:1. Analyze sales trends and market data to forecast demand accurately.2. Develop strategies to minimize inventory carrying costs while meeting market requirements.3. Implement inventory control measures to ensure safety and compliance with agrochemical regulations.Vendor and Stakeholder Management:1. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.2.
