To prepare product label as per FSSAI requirements, should be expert in obtaining ingredient declaration and nutritional value of food. To handle and analyze product BOM (Bill of Materials) and ensuring distribution and implementation of same on shop floor. To coordinate in product trials and collection of product data for determination of product specifications To ensure systems of robust line/ equipment clearance, verification of control points like CCPs, OPRPS Highlighting process deviations impacting quality at early stages is continuously required to ensure product safety Preparation of product release COAs (Certificate of Analysis) with inclusion of all required product specific parameters and ensuring them as per defined product specifications Will be accountable for compliance to all related company policies & guidelines and site SOPs To ensure timely corrective action on non-conformities appearing in the system and constitute preventive actions to eliminate recurrence of non-conformities Monitoring the cleaning, hygienic and Pest Control activities in the plant To assists in preparation of customer/statutory/FSMS audits To be engaged in all the food safety activities and documentation as per FSSC 22000 and customer specific FSMS. 1) All document activity of Production & PPC under in ERP such as firm planned order, released production order, shortage, pump kit issue, job cards & indents 2) Freeze every month machine manufacturing production plan on dated 26th with M.D. & distribute to related department. Issue monthly loading plan - Assembly, Coating shop, Machine shop, Fabrication shop. Assembly & fabrication team work in under my supervision.3) ECN release by D&D and after implement the enter face plan.4) Monitoring & controlling the workers overtime as per monthly plan.5) Control the machine assembly rework and up date the BOM in ERP.6) Draw the team KPI according to company target & goal. Team KPI measure with every month of MPRM meeting with top management & given the presentation (PPT) of KPI as per company goal.(Analyses failure mode, Process control)7) Lean Manufacturing - Kaizen, 5M, 3M, 5S, QCC, GMP & WCP8) reporting direct to M.D.
