1. To make sure manufacturing operations are carried out in conformance with cGMP.2. To make sure all production records, BMRs, equipment performance, production employees attendance are recorded properly.3. To make sure all the production personnel who are directly involved in processing follow good hygienic practice and follow cGMP.4. To follow all activities in the plant, especially those that are carried out during non-General Shift.5. To report any irregular activities carried out during non-General Shift to his production manager.6. To make sure all equipments are in good condition before processing.7. To make sure that production areas clean and good house keeping.8. To make sure that all deviations occurred during in process is reported to production head immediately.9. To make sure that the status of the equipment is updated after each significant operation.10. To make sure that all the equipment used for the manufacturing are clean and dry as per the equipment cleaning procedure.

Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry) Experience : 0-5 Years1. Charging correct quantities of inputs as per batch manufacturing record.2. Maintain parameters as per batch manufacturing record.3. Following the instructions of shift in charge.4. Ensure safety practice being followed during manufacturing.5. Ensure equipment surroundings cleanness.6. Ensuring the yields and solvent recovery as per yield standards given in the BMR.7. Handle all packaging process stages (packaging and labelling).8. To check the utilities before batch charging.9. To maintain production area in clean & hygiene condition.10. To ensure proper allocation of works to the Helpers.11. To maintain status board and equipment usage log books in on line.12. To maintain the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) in on line.13. To ensure proper labeling for in-process sample label, Material status label, Quarantine label and Accessories status label.14. Report any deviations from standards to Shift in-charge Production Manager promptly.

Maintaining Working Area Hygiene Documents, Floor cleaning, Daily calibration recordsas per standard operating Procedure2. Maintaining Proper Labelling System each product.3. Maintaining MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) Normal all lab chemicals.4. Maintaining Product Log Books, Patents and R&D Documents.5. Cleaning of the Glassware.6. Maintaining lab chemicals inward documents.7. Following the instructions of shift chemist.8. Before start the work persons should wear Apron, Nose masks, Gloves, Goggles and safetyshoe during process operations.9. Arrange several types of Set-ups in R&D Laboratory.10. To ensure proper allocation of works to the Lab assistant.11. Maintaining online documentation.12. Ensure the all standards; Reagents are within the valid period.
