The Medical Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information about our offerings, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills, along with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and the local market in Nashik.Responsibilities:Territory Management (Nashik Focus): Develop and execute effective territory management plans to maximize coverage and achieve sales goals within the Nashik region.Healthcare Professional Engagement: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in Nashik through regular visits, presentations, and discussions.Product Promotion: Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and appropriate usage of our pharmaceutical products/medical devices, utilizing scientific data and marketing materials.Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and market share objectives within the Nashik territory.Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of our products, therapeutic areas, and relevant clinical data, as well as competitor products and market trends in Nashik.Organizing Events: Plan and conduct or participate in local medical conferences, seminars, workshops, and CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) to enhance product visibility and build relationships with key opinion leaders in Nashik.Distribution and Availability: Ensure the availability of our products with local pharmacies and stockists in Nashik, and address any supply-related issues.Feedback and Reporting
