To understand and know the impact of ingredients while manufacturing product

To develop the necessary products by knowing the right ratios of material

To know the requirement of product approval and prepare necessary documents

To guide the sales and field trial people about product time to time to improve sales

To understand the concern raised by field farmers or trainee and explain in detail the reasons

Assure the farmers/ Trainee and Sales team about the product

Know the competing products features, their advantages and disadvantages against the product we have developed

Consistently think about product improvement and improve product mix

To act as responsible person for Govt. Approvals
