Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Doctor Detailing: Scheduling and conducting one-on-one meetings with doctors to explain the benefits, side effects, and clinical advantages of the company's products.

Product Launches: Executing the launch of new drugs or equipment by organizing CME (Continuing Medical Education) sessions or round-table meetings.

Stockist & Retailer Management: Visiting local pharmacies and distributors to ensure that the products being prescribed are readily available in stock.

Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor activity, such as new product launches or pricing changes, and reporting this back to the marketing team.

Secondary Sales Tracking: Monitoring the movement of products from the distributor to the retail pharmacy to ensure targets are being met.

Reporting: Maintaining a daily Call Report (e-reporting) detailing the number of doctors visited and the samples/promotional materials distributed.
