Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for machineshop operations. Conduct inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensurethey meet established quality standards. Identify areas for quality improvement and work collaboratively with the productionteam to implement corrective and preventive actions. Analyze root causes of quality issues and develop solutions to address them. Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and findings. Prepare quality reports and communicate quality metrics to management and relevantstakeholders. Provide training to machine shop personnel on quality control processes and bestpractices. Perform mechanical and dimensional testing on machined components using variousmeasurement tools and equipment. Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) when required.
